Easy to use online forms are available for CLECs to submit CSR, LSR, Returning Numbers, Coordinated Hot Cut, Simple Port, and Supplemental LSR requests. Customer information is automatically queried via an interface with the Telco's billing system. This includes the Customer name, address, account status and phone features on the account.
