We revise our product with each new release of the MetaSwitch software, at no additional cost to the cutomer. NSG queries the MetaSwitch every hour and receives data from a variety of switch tables. This data is made available for near real-time reporting. NSG stores the data on the local server or PC for reporting and historical analysis. Report on Media Channels (trunk groups), Business Groups, ISDN PRI reports, Multi Line Hunt Group reports, and much more. Installing and configuring the system is fast and easy. Any of these tools can be customized for your needs, which makes NSG's MetaSwitch software above and beyond the superior choice! This report shows Media Channel usage with hourly, daily and busy hour views. Recommended trunks are shown based on that hour's usage numbers. Minutes of use along with every measurement available in the switch table is shown. Exception Reporting The Exception report monitors key switch registers determined by you and sends a notification email when a threshold is exceeded. The Exception report allows you to identify one or more registers in a table and be notified when it exceeds a threshold you have defined. CDR Reporting NSG also provides access to CDR Records - a copy of the files on the Telephone Company's billing system.
